Billing details
- Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST or sales tax) are calculated and added where required.
- The subscription fee is billed monthly in advance; the 3% booking commission is calculated on completed bookings and billed in arrears.
- A payment method is required to start your free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Pricing questions
What counts as a booking for the 3% fee?
Any reservation a guest completes through your Book2dream booking engine, calculated on the total booking value before taxes.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes. A payment method is required to activate your trial, but you are not charged during the 30 days, and you can cancel before it ends at no cost.
Are add-ons included in the $400 fee?
No. Add-ons are optional, quoted separately, and billed only once you agree to add them.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
Do you offer custom pricing for multi-property groups?
