Refund Policy
We would rather you try Book2dream risk-free than ask for a refund. This policy explains how our free trial, cancellations and refunds work.
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1Start with a free trial, not a refund request
Every Book2dream subscription starts with a 30-day free trial of the full platform. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends at no cost.
Because you get a full month to test Book2dream on your own domain before any money changes hands, this policy is built around preventing an unwanted charge in the first place, rather than refunding it afterwards.
2How billing works
- A payment method is required to start your trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged the $400 USD monthly fee.
- The 3% commission on bookings sold through your Book2dream booking engine is calculated on completed bookings and billed in arrears, alongside the following month's subscription fee.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record. Charges appear on your statement under a Paddle billing descriptor, not "Book2dream".
- Add-ons such as the AI Funnel Optimizer, WhatsApp Booking AI, AI Fare Review & Revenue Management Optimization, and the Book2dream Channel Manager are quoted and billed separately once you agree to add them.
3Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime by writing to contact@book2dream.com or through your account settings. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again afterward.
4Refund eligibility
Because the free trial lets you evaluate Book2dream before you are charged, subscription fees and booking commissions already collected are non-refundable, except in the situations below or where the law requires otherwise:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge — we refund the duplicate or incorrect amount in full once it is verified.
- Charged after a valid cancellation — if you cancelled before your renewal date and were still charged, we refund that charge.
- Extended service outage — if a documented outage on our side kept your booking engine offline for a material part of a billing period, we refund or credit that period on a pro-rated basis.
- Anything a consumer protection law that applies to you requires us to refund.
5How to request a refund
Email contact@book2dream.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We review every request individually and aim to respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle, our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6Before you file a chargeback
If a charge looks unfamiliar, please contact us first — most billing questions are resolved faster this way than through a card dispute, and disputing a legitimate charge can lead to your account being suspended while it is investigated.
Charges are billed by Paddle.com, so if you do not recognise a charge, check your statement for a "Paddle" or "PADDLE.NET" descriptor before disputing it with your bank.
7Add-ons and custom quotes
Add-ons are quoted individually, so any refund terms specific to an add-on are confirmed in writing when you agree to it. Absent other written terms, they follow this same policy.
8Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our plans or payment provider change. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will tell active customers about material changes in advance.
